RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS    
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
 
     ●     Unpacked wearables (includes PPEs, apparel, etc.)     
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
 
Please Note
           
     ●     Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we cannot accept returned items that are not in their correct packaging unopened except in the case of a damage item. Please be sure to take a photo of the damaged item without opening the packaging of the item. if the item is only boxed or enclosed in shipping packaging, please be sure to take a photo of the damaged item the day it is received.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has seriously impacted on how we can deliver our services for the foreseeable future. Adherence with guidance on social distancing means we are unable to perform the majority of our face-to-face activities, and so we have adapted to remote delivery of some services. These are indicated on our website. JAH RISE has however maintained a focus on our clients’ most essential needs, and the nature of some of our community services reflects this. Where face-to-face interaction is necessary our representatives and volunteers will adhere to the strictest measures of social distancing and wear personal protective equipment both for their safety and the safety of the clients we serve.
